The 2012 Bamburi super series kicked off this past weekend. This years tournament features 6 franchises from Kenya (Rhinos, Buffaloes, Bulls, Cheetahs, Lions, Sharks) and 2 from Uganda :Rwenzori and Victoria from Uganda. Title sponsors, Bamburi cement have poured in KSH 11.7 million and the prize money is worth ksh 1 million.
